sent us some exciting news
Hey
Mama Misker,
Just
wanted to let you know that I am engaged to be married. We already have
the marriage license and we are planning on getting married April 4th this
year.
The
gentleman's name is Mark Hampton SR., I met him here in Osceola, Missouri. He
is absolutely outstanding. I can't live without him. I feel like he is
the air I breathe.
I
have never been happier in my life. I have known him a short while. WE
have been dating for almost 2 months. I know this is so soon, but I absolutely
cannot live without him. He is all I live for and all I think about.
Well
mama, I thought I would let you know.
Love
you Mama,
Love
always,
Theresa

Hi!
I
hope all is well.
I
am done with Winter quarter and have some time to write---something
other
than a paper/research summary :) I am so happy! I received an A for
my
social work internship seminars and A in families and a B in Philosophy
of social sciences....blah class---but, I can't complain since he gave
the notes for the whole quarter and quizzed right off the notes. It was
a long one night per week class, so my carpool partner and I left early
along with over half the rest of the class! :) He did not mind if you attended
or did not attend. We still did well on our quizzes. There were over 200
people in that class.
Now,
I am down to my last Seminar class from April-the first week of June. So,
I am excited to finally say I will be graduating with a Bachelors in Liberal
Arts, Social Work. I am going to test for my license in June or
July
There
are four case managers pregnant at the Mental Health agency where I am
doing my internship. Two are due at the end of May and one is due in August
and the other is due in November. One case manager quit a few months ago.
I am not sure what will happen with that, but a few people have mentioned
I would be perfect for the job...so I will see. I can terminate my internship
the 3rd week of May. I have almost 400 hours now and need 425 total hours.
I have some clients in my caseload and really have enjoyed the experience
the internship has given me. I can write case notes and do documentation
now. I am no longer worried about interviewing and counseling clients.
I used to think I did not know enough...now, I do not fear that anymore.
:)
Bill
is well. He has completed requirements for Associates in Business
Finance.
He had college algebra for his last class this past quarter. He
managed
a C. It was hard, but he did pretty well. He is going to begin
bachelors
classes for Organizational/Factory leadership/management.
The
goal the company has told him is for him to be in management within 6 months.
He was called about a job in Augusta GA. But has not heard back. It required
traveling, and I think a lot of it---including Mexico. Maybe
it
was just not for him.
The
boys are well. Busy bees!! Baseball starts soon. Justin finished the
hockey
season not long ago and loved it. He gets better and better.
He
is going to be job shadowing a sheriff next year. The school is setting
everything
up for him. A sheriff in our county has agreed and really took
a
liking to Justin. He says that is what he wants to do. Attend a college
for
Criminal Justice for 2 years and work some. Good goal I think!!
Well,
I wanted to write and let everyone know how things were this way. I
hope
all is well!
Take
good care and Love and Blessings.

Hi,
ya'll! Just want to invite anyone to participate in making my new
quilt, even my old one at that.
My
link is below.
All
quilt pieces need to be 130x130. The new quilt is a 'surname' quilt.
So design a quilt piece with your surname and send it to swan@embarqmail.comwith
a link to your website. I will post as soon as I get enough to start.
The
old quilt is a 'Jesus Loves Me' quilt or 'salvation', I often call it.
It can continue to grow too.
Would
love to have your participation.
Thank
you,
Swan

Hi, just wanted to let
you all know that there is a 'prayer request board' at my website.
You can leave prayer requests, praises and testimonies, if you wish and
you can definitely help pray about requests at the board or in your
personal way. Thanks, and have a great day! :)
